In a meeting with the Tyrrell family, Retro Racegear secured merchandising rights to the Tyrrell Racing Organization's name and logo. Retro Racegear will be producing and reproducing shirts, hats, decals, and patches that look very much like the merchandise that was made available to the Formula One world over thirty years ago. Retro Racegear is working closely with the Tyrrell family to ensure quality, and closely with the current "Elf Team Tyrrell" vintage racing group. The vintage racing group composed of the cars and teams of John Dimmer and John Delane race vintage Formula One Tyrrells all over the world, in an effort to preserve the history and memory of the "Ferrari-beaters from the woodshed". Retro Racegear will be selling Tyrrell merchandise wherever the vintage Championship Tyrrell Formula One cars race.
